Description

A quick and easy dessert made with ripe bananas, butter, brown sugar, and warm spices, air-fried to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the bananas into rounds about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter using 50% power.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.
  4. Add the sliced bananas to the bowl with the sugar and spice mixture and melted butter.
  5. Using tongs, carefully place the coated banana rounds in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry at 375°F for about 4-5 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use ripe bananas for the best flavor, and don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
