Instructions
- Begin by slicing the bananas into rounds about 1/2 inch thick.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter using 50% power.
- In a medium bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.
- Add the sliced bananas to the bowl with the sugar and spice mixture and melted butter.
- Using tongs, carefully place the coated banana rounds in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F for about 4-5 minutes until golden.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Use ripe bananas for the best flavor, and don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
