Ingredients

- 1 cup of shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup of crab meat
- 1/2 cup of cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
- Egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix the chopped shrimp, crab meat, crumbled sausage, cream cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning in a large mixing bowl until evenly coated.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, and roll tightly from the bottom to the top, using a little water to seal the edges.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C), ensuring enough oil to submerge the egg rolls.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and let them drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot and enjoy the compliments!

For a vegetarian twist, substitute seafood with a mix of sautéed vegetables.
