  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add the pasta, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant—be careful not to burn it!
  4. Pour in the honey and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.
