- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir gently.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet and sprinkle immediately with cinnamon sugar.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the batter for best results. Keep pancakes warm in the oven if making multiple batches.
