- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (preferably semi-sweet)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually fold this into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
- Layer half of the cookie dough into the prepared pan, then sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top.
- Top with the remaining cookie dough, ensuring to cover the marshmallows as much as possible.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool the bars in the pan before slicing into squares and serving.
