- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 can (8 biscuits) refrigerated flaky biscuits
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the shrimp and crab meat, ensuring everything is well-coated.
- Roll out each biscuit and flatten them slightly for easier filling.
- Place a generous spoonful of the shrimp and crab mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal securely.
- Arrange the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once golden, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tops and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
If you can’t find fresh crab meat, feel free to use canned crab meat. Consider using light cream cheese or Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a healthier twist.
