Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Start by pounding your chicken breasts until they are about 1/2 inch thick.
- Layer Ingredients: Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
- Setup Breading Station: In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken roll first into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally roll them in panko until fully covered.
- Fry: Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken rolls for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Make the Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
