- 1 package of Lil’ Smokies sausages
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the pineapple chunks, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker.
- Stir the mixture until the brown sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add the Lil’ Smokies to the pot and stir to coat them evenly.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 120 minutes, or until the bites are heated through and bubbly.
- Serve warm and watch them disappear!
Notes
You can prepare the mixture a day in advance and adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of brown sugar.
