Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Description

Deliciously warm and gooey cheese bombs made with Pillsbury biscuits, mozzarella, and garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits
  • 8 mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the biscuits by separating and flattening them to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Stuff each biscuit with one mozzarella cube.
  4. Seal the dough by folding it over the cheese and pinching the edges.
  5. Make the garlic butter by melting the butter and mixing in the minced garlic and parsley.
  6. Coat each dough ball in the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Apply grated Parmesan by rolling each coated dough in the cheese.
  8. Arrange on a lined baking sheet, seam-side down.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed up.
  10. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
