Description
Deliciously warm and gooey cheese bombs made with Pillsbury biscuits, mozzarella, and garlic butter.

- 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits
- 8 mozzarella cheese cubes
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the biscuits by separating and flattening them to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Stuff each biscuit with one mozzarella cube.
- Seal the dough by folding it over the cheese and pinching the edges.
- Make the garlic butter by melting the butter and mixing in the minced garlic and parsley.
- Coat each dough ball in the garlic butter mixture.
- Apply grated Parmesan by rolling each coated dough in the cheese.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet, seam-side down.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed up.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
