- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the steak in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, cooking until softened, around 4-5 minutes.
- Mix in the cauliflower rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving.
