Description

Delightful Parmesan Bread Bites that are rich in cheesy flavor and easy to make, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Mix the flour, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Prepare the wet ingredients by creaming the softened butter, minced garlic, and milk until smooth in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until a soft dough forms.
  5. Shape the dough into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon, and place them on the greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with marinara sauce for dipping.
