- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Mix the flour, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Prepare the wet ingredients by creaming the softened butter, minced garlic, and milk until smooth in another bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon, and place them on the greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant.
- Serve warm, optionally with marinara sauce for dipping.
