Description
Crispy oven-fried feta rolls filled with creamy feta and ricotta, drizzled with sweet and spicy chili honey.
Ingredients

- 8 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
- 8 oz Ricotta cheese
- 1 package Phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup Melted butter
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine feta and ricotta in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and herbs; mix well.
- Lay out phyllo dough, brush with melted butter.
- Place a spoonful of cheese mixture on phyllo and roll tightly, tucking in ends.
- Brush the top with olive oil and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Prepare chili honey while baking by heating honey and chili flakes until bubbling.
- Drizzle chili honey over rolls before serving.
Notes
You can layer two sheets of phyllo for extra crunch. Let cheese sit at room temperature before mixing for better blending.
