Description

A refreshing and creamy dessert that combines the tang of lemon with a delightful no-bake preparation. Perfect for summer gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 box of instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) of whipped topping
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of lemon curd
  • Fresh lemons (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the instant lemon pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let rest for about 5 minutes.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well blended.
  3. Layer graham crackers in a rectangular dish.
  4. Spread half of the lemon pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add a layer of lemon curd on top of the pudding.
  6. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and remaining lemon pudding mixture.
  7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  9. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh lemon slices if desired.
