- 1 box of instant lemon pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) of whipped topping
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup of lemon curd
- Fresh lemons (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together the instant lemon pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let rest for about 5 minutes.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well blended.
- Layer graham crackers in a rectangular dish.
- Spread half of the lemon pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of lemon curd on top of the pudding.
- Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and remaining lemon pudding mixture.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh lemon slices if desired.
