Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 12 graham cracker crust cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix the cream cheese until smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Combine the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing fully before adding the next.
  5. Stir in the sour cream until smooth.
  6. Prepare a muffin tin with graham cracker crust cups.
  7. Fill the cups with cheesecake batter, about two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  9. Cool to room temperature then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
