Description

A warm, cheesy dish made from flaky crescent rolls filled with creamy chicken, perfect for family dinners or quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
  4. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling, starting at the wide end.
  6. Place each roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheese.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
  9. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to customize the chicken filling with different cheeses or vegetables. For a quicker option, use rotisserie chicken.
