Instructions

  2. Combine the granulated sugar with the melted butter and mix well.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until the mixture is smooth.

  5. Fold in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
