Instructions

  1. Prep the Oil: Preheat your oil in a deep fryer or large pot until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice Onions: Cut your onions into thick rings, about half an inch wide.
  3. Mix the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños.
  4. Stuff the Onion Rings: Fill each onion ring with the spicy cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bread the Rings: Roll each stuffed onion ring in bread crumbs.
