Instructions
- Prep the Oil: Preheat your oil in a deep fryer or large pot until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Slice Onions: Cut your onions into thick rings, about half an inch wide.
- Mix the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños.
- Stuff the Onion Rings: Fill each onion ring with the spicy cream cheese mixture.
- Bread the Rings: Roll each stuffed onion ring in bread crumbs.
- Fry the Onion Rings: Gently place the breaded rings into the hot oil and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes.
