Description

Delicious cheeseburger bombs filled with melted cheese and seasoned ground beef, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.

  • 8 cubes cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Prepare the biscuit dough: Open the can and separate into 8 rounds; flatten each round.
  4. Assemble the bombs by taking about 1 tablespoon of cooked beef and shaping it around a cube of cheese.
  5. Wrap the mixture in biscuit dough, ensuring everything is enclosed.
  6. Prepare the garlic butter by melting the butter and mixing in the minced garlic; brush the tops of the bombs.
  7. Sprinkle the bomb tops with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese has melted.
  9. Let them cool slightly before serving.
