- 8 cubes cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Prepare the biscuit dough: Open the can and separate into 8 rounds; flatten each round.
- Assemble the bombs by taking about 1 tablespoon of cooked beef and shaping it around a cube of cheese.
- Wrap the mixture in biscuit dough, ensuring everything is enclosed.
- Prepare the garlic butter by melting the butter and mixing in the minced garlic; brush the tops of the bombs.
- Sprinkle the bomb tops with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese has melted.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or garlic aioli. These bombs freeze well for up to three months.
