Description
A delightful combination of crispy fried chicken, smoky bacon, creamy avocado, and zesty honey mustard all nestled within soft pretzel slider buns.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns (9 count)
- 8 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- ⅓ cup Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
- 2 cups Fried Chicken Tenders (roughly chopped)
- ½ cup Honey Mustard (plus more for dipping)
- ½ large Avocado (cubed)
- ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
- 1 pinch Flaky Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler.
- Split the pretzel slider buns in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the Pepper Jack cheese over both halves of the buns.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
- Broil the buns for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- While that’s happening, in a mixing bowl, take your chopped chicken tenders and toss them with honey mustard until they’re well coated.
- Once the buns are done toasting, layer the honey mustard chicken generously on each bun half.
- Top with avocado cubes and quartered cherry tomatoes, seasoning with a pinch of flaky salt.
- Close up the sliders, pull them apart, and serve with additional honey mustard for dipping.
Notes
To ensure your sliders turn out perfectly every time, use freshly cooked chicken for the best flavor and experiment with sauces for customization.
