- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.
- Combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss the potato wedges in the garlic mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with ranch or garlic aioli for dipping. These wedges are also great alongside grilled meats or fresh salads.
