Description

Crispy and golden potato wedges coated with garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.
  3. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the garlic mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with ranch or garlic aioli for dipping. These wedges are also great alongside grilled meats or fresh salads.
