- 4 ears of corn
- 4 tablespoons of garlic butter
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill (or oven) to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove any silks.
- Brush the corn generously with garlic butter, ensuring it’s well-coated on all sides.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste for added flavor.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates or on a baking sheet if using the oven.
- Roast or grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally to achieve an even golden-brown color.
- Remove from heat and immediately sprinkle the hot corn with Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add chili powder or cayenne pepper to the garlic butter. You can also experiment with different cheeses like feta or Cotija.
