Quick and delicious garlic butter steak bites, perfect for a cozy night in or entertaining friends.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels.
  2. Sprinkle the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the steak bites in a single layer for 1-2 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Melt the butter in the same skillet and add minced garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds.
  7. Toss the zucchini into the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  8. Return the steak bites to the skillet and combine, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a different veggie, you can substitute zucchini with bell peppers or asparagus.
