Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels.
- Sprinkle the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak bites in a single layer for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet and add minced garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds.
- Toss the zucchini into the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and combine, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
For a different veggie, you can substitute zucchini with bell peppers or asparagus.
