Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the linguine according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet heated over medium, melt the butter until it’s bubbly.
  3. Add in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about a minute until the garlic is fragrant and golden.
  4. Season the chicken breasts using salt and pepper. Gently place them in the skillet, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the heat and allow it to rest briefly before slicing it into strips.
  6. In that same skillet, toss in the cooked linguine, coating it thoroughly in the garlic butter.
  7. Finally, slice the rested chicken and arrange it over the linguine.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
