Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of bread (sourdough, white, or whole grain)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened butter with garlic powder and dried parsley in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Spread a generous amount of garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread, butter-side down, on a skillet heated over low to medium heat.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese blend evenly over each slice.
  5. Top with the remaining slices of bread, ensuring the buttered side is facing up.
  6. Cook the sandwiches for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve immediately.
