Description

Delicious mini sandwiches filled with tender roast beef, caramelized onions, and provolone cheese, served with a savory beef broth for dipping.


Ingredients

  • Soft slider buns
  • Thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • Caramelized onions
  • Provolone cheese
  • Beef broth
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer roast beef evenly over the bottom halves.
  4. Top with caramelized onions and sprinkle with provolone cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on, completing your sandwich.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and black pepper.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the buns are golden brown.
  8. Meanwhile, heat the beef broth in a saucepan on low heat.
  9. Serve the sliders warm with beef broth on the side for dipping.
