Description

A refreshing and creamy no-bake dessert featuring fresh raspberries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Beat Cream Cheese: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth.
  2. Fold in Whipped Cream: Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is well blended. Avoid overmixing to keep it fluffy.
  3. Prepare the Crust: In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until fully combined.
  4. Layer the Crust: Evenly spread the crust mixture at the bottom of your serving dish, pressing down to create a tight layer.
  5. Spread Cream Cheese Mix: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Add Raspberries: Generously top the filling with your fresh raspberries, arranging them however you like for an appealing look.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until set.

Notes

For a twist, substitute half of the raspberries with strawberries or add a splash of lemon juice to the filling.
