A creamy and tangy macaroni salad that combines the classic flavors of deviled eggs, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by chopping the hard-boiled eggs into bite-sized pieces and set them aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and freshly cracked pepper.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped eggs, diced celery, and diced red onion until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed; add more salt or pepper according to your preference.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to let flavors meld.
  6. Just before serving, sprinkle paprika on top for color and flavor.

Notes
