Description

A delicious and satisfying dish of crispy parmesan chicken drizzled with a rich, creamy garlic sauce, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup (100 g) of finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (120 g) of breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (240 ml) of heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by pounding it between plastic wrap to about 1-inch thickness.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Create your breading station: beat the eggs in one bowl, and mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan in another.
  5. Bread the chicken by dipping it in the egg, then coating it with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  6. Arrange the breaded chicken on a greased baking sheet, spaced apart.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  8. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  9. Make the sauce by melting butter or heating olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
  10. Add the heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes, and season to taste.

Notes

Ensure even cooking by pounding the chicken to a uniform thickness. For an extra-crispy texture, use Panko breadcrumbs.
