- 8 oz egg noodles
- 12 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- To taste: salt
- To taste: pepper
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Toss the sliced beef with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the beef in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Transfer the crispy beef to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Sauté minced ginger and garlic in the pan for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir-fry broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Return the crispy beef to the pan, add the noodles and sauces, and toss for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with green onions, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
For extra flavor, add rice vinegar or chili flakes when tossing the noodles.
