Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the potatoes into thin, even rounds.
- Toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
