Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Begin by boiling a pot of salted water and cook your pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add tomatoes: Stir in the diced tomatoes and let them simmer for about 5 minutes.
