  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 4 cups Corn Kernels
  • 1/4 cup Honey

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it starts to foam.
  2. Add the corn kernels into the skillet. Stir frequently for about 5-7 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized.
  3. Lower the heat and incorporate the heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and mixture is creamy.
