- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper before placing them in the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about one minute, or until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s well-coated in the sauce.
- Serve over cooked pasta or steamed vegetables, and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter sauce, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Freshly grated Parmesan yields the best texture.
