- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces spiral pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Begin by cooking the spiral pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and sear it for about 6-7 minutes on each side until thoroughly cooked. Remove it from the pan and let it rest.
- Sauté the garlic: In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Make the sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until it’s melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Combine everything: Slice the cooked chicken and add it back into the pan with the cooked pasta. Toss gently to combine, ensuring every piece is coated in the creamy sauce.
- Serve it up: Plate the pasta and garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
Notes
Don’t overcook the chicken and use fresh cheese for better flavor.
