  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces spiral pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Begin by cooking the spiral pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and sear it for about 6-7 minutes on each side until thoroughly cooked. Remove it from the pan and let it rest.
  3. Sauté the garlic: In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  4. Make the sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until it’s melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Combine everything: Slice the cooked chicken and add it back into the pan with the cooked pasta. Toss gently to combine, ensuring every piece is coated in the creamy sauce.
  6. Serve it up: Plate the pasta and garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness.

Notes

Don’t overcook the chicken and use fresh cheese for better flavor.
