Description

A one-pan creamy garlic chicken and parmesan pasta dish, perfect for a cozy meal or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente and set aside.
  2. Sauté the seasoned chicken in a skillet until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring until it simmers, then add parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Combine pasta and sliced chicken with the sauce, tossing to combine.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for the best sauce consistency. Save pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
