- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta until al dente and set aside.
- Sauté the seasoned chicken in a skillet until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring until it simmers, then add parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine pasta and sliced chicken with the sauce, tossing to combine.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for the best sauce consistency. Save pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
