- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until everything is well blended and creamy.
- Gently fold in the ranch dressing.
- Take each cooked jumbo shell and carefully fill it with the creamy buffalo chicken mixture.
- Arrange the filled shells in a greased baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Before serving, garnish with additional shredded cheese or freshly chopped green onions.
