  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until everything is well blended and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in the ranch dressing.
  5. Take each cooked jumbo shell and carefully fill it with the creamy buffalo chicken mixture.
  6. Arrange the filled shells in a greased baking dish.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 25 minutes.
  8. Before serving, garnish with additional shredded cheese or freshly chopped green onions.
