- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced thin
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Once completed, drain them and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the wok, stirring for about 30 seconds or until aromatic.
- Toss in the bean sprouts, shredded carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas. Stir-fry for approximately 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles back into the pan. Pour in the soy sauce gently, tossing everything together for another 2-3 minutes until evenly combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Garnish the dish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Serve straight from the wok and consider adding sesame seeds or chopped cilantro for extra flavor.
