Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Once completed, drain them and set aside.

  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the wok, stirring for about 30 seconds or until aromatic.
  4. Toss in the bean sprouts, shredded carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas. Stir-fry for approximately 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the cooked noodles back into the pan. Pour in the soy sauce gently, tossing everything together for another 2-3 minutes until evenly combined and heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  7. Garnish the dish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
