Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Mix together honey and lime juice in a small bowl until well combined.
  5. Pour the honey-lime mixture over the chicken in the skillet. Allow it to caramelize for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve hot.

Notes
