Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Cook the chicken in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions in salted water until al dente and reserve a splash of the pasta water.
  4. Make the sauce by melting butter in the same skillet, adding garlic, and sautéing until fragrant.
  5. Combine chicken broth and heavy cream, simmering until it thickens slightly.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until creamy. Adjust with reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Final assembly by adding sliced chicken and cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  8. Serve garnished with extra Parmesan and herbs, if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using half-and-half instead of heavy cream. You can also include vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
