Description

A creamy and spicy pasta dish with Cajun flavors, featuring bowtie pasta and spiced ground beef.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Once tender, drain and set it aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, seasoning it with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned.
  4. Lower the heat slightly, then add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined with the beef.
  5. Gradually pour in the heavy cream and add the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until creamy and well combined.
  6. Toss the cooked bowtie pasta with the sauce in the skillet until every piece is coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, add more cream cheese or Parmesan. Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for milder or spicier flavors.
