- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Once tender, drain and set it aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, seasoning it with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned.
- Lower the heat slightly, then add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined with the beef.
- Gradually pour in the heavy cream and add the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until creamy and well combined.
- Toss the cooked bowtie pasta with the sauce in the skillet until every piece is coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add more cream cheese or Parmesan. Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for milder or spicier flavors.
