Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until well coated.
  4. Spread the barbecue chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and sliced red onion.
