- 1 flatbread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Combine the shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until well coated.
- Spread the barbecue chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with shredded cheese and sliced red onion.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped cilantro if desired, slice, and serve warm.
