- 2 lbs Potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces; aim for uniformity for even cooking.
- Toss the potato pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix gently to ensure every piece glistens with flavor.
- Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure an even crisp.
- Remove them from the fryer and garnish with fresh parsley (if using) before serving hot.
Notes
If out of Parmesan cheese, you can substitute with nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option.
