Description

Crispy, golden potatoes infused with garlic and Parmesan cheese, made in an air fryer for a delicious guilt-free alternative.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces; aim for uniformity for even cooking.
  3. Toss the potato pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  4. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix gently to ensure every piece glistens with flavor.
  5. Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure an even crisp.
  7. Remove them from the fryer and garnish with fresh parsley (if using) before serving hot.

Notes

If out of Parmesan cheese, you can substitute with nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option.
