Description

Deliciously crispy-skinned baked potatoes made in the air fryer for a quick and easy side dish or main meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes under cold water, then pat them dry.
  3. Prick the potatoes several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  4. Lightly coat the potatoes with olive oil if desired, then sprinkle generously with sea salt.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until fork-tender and the skin is crispy.
  7. Remove the potatoes and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with toppings such as butter, sour cream, chives, or even chili for a loaded potato.
