- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under cold water, then pat them dry.
- Prick the potatoes several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Lightly coat the potatoes with olive oil if desired, then sprinkle generously with sea salt.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until fork-tender and the skin is crispy.
- Remove the potatoes and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with toppings such as butter, sour cream, chives, or even chili for a loaded potato.
